EE found that the doors for the clinker elevator would not open at top landing. EE used the descending device on the elevator to bring themselves down to ground level.

Miner was conducting a mill return to service checklist, when EE stepped on a piece of clinker and felt pain in EE's right foot. Miner was prescribed a walking orthopedic device and restricted duty.
EE was operating loader when the left front tire slipped off a slab approx. 8-12"" and jolted operator in their seat causing a back strain.

Miner was attempting to clear an airside that was plugged, when material blew back into their face causing an abrasion to the cornea. No foreign body in eye.
The Supervisor had placed their left hand in the line of fire for the 590 gate pneumatic cylinder. When the cylinder change positions their left hand was pinned while hold a flashlight.
Miner was completing work on a table in the lab, when EE dropped an item on the floor. As EE bent over to retrieve the item, EE struck the right side of EE's forehead on a corner of the work table.
