Struck against a moving object

While dumping wet spoil material hauled from off site, truck tipped on its side. Due to fact material was stuck inside dump and driver was on sloped surface.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was removing a pin and roller from dredge digger chain with help from fellow employee. Once the pin was removed, the chain dropped down, pinching the finger between the chain and the structure.

Unclassified, insufficient data

Employee was found passed out in the scale house. No known injuries were received from this incident. It appears this incident is related to the employee's medical history; it is not work related.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Caught thumb between screen and screen box causing bruise.
