Struck against a moving object

Alleged back strain from loader seat, loader hit a bump.

Preparing plant for a move, while taking the stairs off of the generator set, he lost his balance and stairs flipped over on him.

Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Mechanic from shop was dropping the belly pan of a D8 crawler. The pan slipped and pinched his right thumb between the pan and the ground.
