Struck against a moving object

Employee left work at lunch time, stated that wheel loader had made back hurt.

Adjusting plate on stacker when it shifted hitting right hand injuring pointing finger

AB plant fixing the Universal crusher. Turning the blow bar by hand. The only way to move it with the power locked out is to put your weight into. While EE was turning it, EE's glove got caught on the blow bar. This caused EE's left hand to be caught between the blow bar and the wall of the universal crusher causing contusion.

Over-exertion (Not Elsewhere Classified)

Employee was using a cordless drill. EE was drilling and when EE got to the end of the hole it hung up and twisted EE's wrist causing a sprained right wrist.

Struck against stationary object

Loading rock into crusher. Loader hit buried rock causing loader to stop suddenly. Operator had seat belt on but face went forward striking back up camera view screen
