Struck by... (Not Elsewhere Classified)

A group of employees were working together to put a speed reducer chain back on that drives the rotary breaker. They were working the chain back on by turning the dodge coupling with a pipe wrench. The wrench slipped and starting spinning around in the opposite direction striking an employee on the right leg above the knee cap resulting in a deep bruise that required drainage.

An employee was attempting to free multiple small wires by cutting the zip tie that was holding them together with a utility knife. Employee received a cut below the left thumb that required three stitches.

Fall from machine

An employee lost EE's grip while attempting to go up the steps of the CAT 980M Coal Loader. EE's right hand slipped off of the hand hold causing EE to fall backwards and break EE's left wrist.
