HE WAS BACKING UP MINER OUT OF FACE, THE MINER CABLE GOT UNDER THE CATS OF MINER, AND EE TOOK HIS LEG TO MOVE THE CABLE. HE STARTED TO BACK MINER UP AND GOT ON THE MINER CABLE. IT PULLED TIGHT AGAINST MINER AND PINNED HIS LEG BETWEEN CABLE AND RUB RAIL.

Injured man was in the process of bending a 7 foot roof bolt for installation. He placed his foot on the front of the bolter drill head for stability. As he went to bend the bolt his foot slipped and he felt pain in his lower back.
