EE tripped on concrete pad while loading product for a customer and landed on left knee and hand. Swelling and pain in left hand and knee.

While descending a ladder, employee slipped and struck rib cage against the ladder. Employee initially refused medical attention, but decided to get seen on 2/1/2023. Doctor performed x-rays on ribs/abdomen and confirmed there was no breaks, only bruising. Doctor note states employee can return to work with no limitations on 2/6/2023.
EE was shoveling around the plant for several hours. Felt discomfort later in the day in left shoulder area. Initially self-treated with OTC anti-inflammatories. Sought medical advice when pain and discomfort was not subsiding. Started physical therapy on 3/29/2021 for possible pinched nerve.

EE was cleaning up yard debris when a gust of wind blew particles into eyes that EE was not able to get out with an eyewash. EE went to an eye doctor who was able to remove metal particles.
EE was cutting a piece of steel with a grinder when debris from grinding lodged in the right eye.
Employee was in one of the plant's screenhouses in order to change a wearplate. The grating had been removed over the opening to access the wearplate. The employee misjudged a step and grabbed the handrail to prevent from falling into the opening. In so doing, they felt a strain in the left shoulder.
EE was trying to prevent bucket elevator from getting jammed up by opening oversized metal door in plant. The door slammed against their right ring finger causing a deep laceration.
Employee was helping to lift the catwalk in the storage building. Employee felt pain in left shoulder.
Miner was lifting a 50# gear reducer up onto a shaft that was in front of EE. While lifting EE heard and felt a snap in EE's right forearm in the muscle. Amount of damage is undetermined at this time.
EE was in #1 screen house sealing up cracks with caulking. EE had just finished the task and was on way back out when EE misjudged a step and fell forward landing on the catwalk edge cutting open left leg.
