EE walk to the safety trailer where EE received first aid treatment until the paramedics arrived and took EE to the hospital for treatment of EE's burns. Employee not know power on

Employee was on top of the railroad car with his harness intact and roped. He lifted the pole into the air, at that point the power line arced a discharge towards his pole. He stood straight up and fell off the railcar. Received 3 burns, chest, right arm, left leg. The electricity exited his body through his left ankle.

MCC went to ground. Power was turned off and breaker was repaired. When MCC was renergized, the breaker blew and caused a flash burn to hand. New breaker was believed to be faulty.
