Employee was working to pull CM slack up and as he was putting the pull rope on, the corner of the rib fell of and struck his right hand.
The equipment is in good condition. The ribs are soft and unstable in area. Employee was driving by the weakened rib, rib rolled out into the deck of the buggy. He was struck on the left wrist by a piece of coal 6" x 8" x 3-4" thick.
