Employee was moving timber sled when a rib rolled catching another timber and the timber came into the scoop deck and hit the employee's knee. The employee never missed work until 4/19/13.

EE walked into a red zone and was struck by the boom of the miner and rib.
EE was bolting in #5 heading. He just put up outside bolt swinging to inside when a piece of rock fell from the top and struck him in the foot.

Employee stated he was helping move continuous miner to #6 entry, said he was walking beside of a miner when it kicked sideways pushing him against the rib injuring his left knee.
Employee stated that something hit him as he was getting in the shuttle car. An investigation was done and management believes that the employee slipped and hit shuttle car. Section was wet and muddy.
EE stated that he stepped on a pile of coal and twisted his left ankle. EE worked up until 8/16/10, notifed mine on 8/17/10 he would be off.

EE was moving a rubber tire ride out of his way when he struck his elbow against the power center.
EE was tramming a shuttle car from the miner to the feeder in the #4 entry when he hit a hole in the roadway which caused him to strike his head against the canopy.
EE stated that after hanging CM cable against the rib, he experienced pain in the right thigh area.
The employee had moved the CM from #3 heading to #2 heading. He then moved the cable from one side of #2 heading to the other side of the heading when he sprained his back.
The equipment is in good condition. The ribs are soft and unstable in area. Employee was driving by the weakened rib, rib rolled out into the deck of the buggy. He was struck on the left wrist by a piece of coal 6"" x 8"" x 3-4"" thick.
