Repairman was in the process of cleaning the section scoop when material from the rib slid down coming in contact with his left foot and ankle.

Employee was sitting on a plaster bucket on the in by end of the #4 entry block on the corner writing notes when a section of the coal rib dislodged without warning, sliding down the face of the rib and striking him in the back and knocking him to the mine floor. The rock measured 63" long x 25" wide and 17" thick.

Employee was running miner in No. 1 heading to right hand lift when a piece of rib rolled off striking him on lower back and across both ankles. Accident occurred at MMU 001, #1 entry 20' in by spad #19641. Rock was 12' 2" long, 25" wide and 12" thick.

The injured employee stepped up to the miner to check the pressures on the mobile roof supports when an undetectable rib and brow fell striking the employee on his back and his legs riding him to the mine floor. The rock brow measured 7.5' long x 14" wide x 0-16" thick.

Employee was walking the two right crosscut when an undetected rib rolled striking his right leg and knocking him down onto his left shoulder. He received a laceration to the right leg, fractures in his right foot and fracture to his left shoulder.
