While working under an excavator, dirt fell on EE's head and rolled behind the safety glasses. After cleaning and rinsing eyes, EE resumed work. A day later, EE's right eye still felt irritated.

Showing all 10EE was washing the tunnel and part of the hose was covered with material, so EE yanked on the hose to get it loose and felt pain on the inside part of EE's right wrist.
EE was operating the excavator when EE started feeling increasing pain in the lower back. When EE started to exit the machine, EE felt a sharp pain in their lower back that shot down EE's left leg and EE's toes started to tingle. EE crawled/slid down the machine and could not stand up from the pain.
