Shoveling snow out from under conveyor and began to have right elbow pain. Employee did not report injury till 11/27/2019.

While changing a belt on a conveyor, the employee lost control of the guard on the head pulley. The head pulley then struck the employee in the right arm causing a laceration.

EMPLOYEE SET A STICK OF 20' ANGLE IRON ON 2 FLOATS WHICH MADE IT 3' OFF THE GROUND TO CUT IT INTO PIECES TO MAKE FLOAT PIPES. WHEN CUTTING OFF A 39" PIECE (THE 20' PIECE) FELL AND LANDED ON THE EMPLOYEE'S FOOT.
