Employee was working to get EE's hammer from the welding truck. While holding the tool box open the hammer slipped from EE's other hand and hit EE's left middle finger.

employee was starting up the plant. couldn't get dryer to start up. They locked out the power to the dryer, and went to try and turn it manually. While turning it their thumb got caught and they got a cut.

Employees were cleaning out the creek drainpipe. While attempting to remove a tree, part of the tree or a mud pile swung and hit the employee on the left side by EE's ear.

Employee was carrying out routine maintenance on the dryer drum drive belts. While changing the 2nd belt, the belt backlashed & pulled right hand causing a cut on pinky & ring finger
