Employee was carrying bags of ANFO to drill holes on a quarry bench. He indicated the next morning that his lower back was sore but that the condition may be due to a previous injury with another employer.
Miner was removing cutting edges from a CAT 988B loader and lacerated left middle finger on sharp edge on a bolt.
Employee was hand-loading cobbles into loader bucket to clean around base of stairs. He was facing away from the loader and tossing cobbles backwards. Cobbles were next to a metal platform. He struck left elbow on metal frame causing large contusion just above elbow.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING GUARD TO REPLACE BEARING ON HEAD PULLEY. WHILE LIFTING OPEN TOP PORTION OF GUARD, EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND SLIPPED & BOTTOMOF GUARD CAUGHT EMPLOYEE'S LEFT THUMB BETWEEN GUARD AND FRAME MEMBER.
