Showing all 8Was throwing end cap off of machine down to mechanics in the group so they could put back on the shovel. EE threw the end cap down, there was a sharp edge on the cap that caught his ringer finger and cut the end of his finger. EMT cleaned and bandaged.
Walking off push beam in table, put his left hand on table for balance. When he stepped off push beam a piece of metal broke off in employee's left palm.
EE was putting the belly pan back on the miner when the lifting eye broke off letting the belly pan drop approx. 16" landing on the employees legs.
On oct 3rd, EE reported that on 9/20/07, while pulling on a cable he injured his back.
