Changing hoist cylinder on 793B truck, half header fell out and struck employee on lower leg
Was throwing end cap off of machine down to mechanics in the group so they could put back on the shovel. EE threw the end cap down, there was a sharp edge on the cap that caught his ringer finger and cut the end of his finger. EMT cleaned and bandaged.
Walking off push beam in table, put his left hand on table for balance. When he stepped off push beam a piece of metal broke off in employee's left palm.
EE was putting the belly pan back on the miner when the lifting eye broke off letting the belly pan drop approx. 16" landing on the employees legs.
On oct 3rd, EE reported that on 9/20/07, while pulling on a cable he injured his back.
Employee was working on cover over Dodge coupling when a piece of metal struck his rt. hand.
Employee was removing a grease fitting on the crawler unit. the fitting blew out and struck ee s hand.
