While attempting to clear rock from underneath the conveyer, the employee slipped and caught themselves by grabbing onto the conveyer guard. The abrupt motion caused their torso to twist resulting in lower back/abdominal pain.

EE was replacing a roller on a conveyor in the Auburn pit. As EE was pulling it out to turn it the roller pinched EE's right index finger between the roller and an angle iron on the conveyor.

Employee was tasked with straightening and resetting the bonnet on the Raptor 400 Standard cone crusher. EE then reached in with a hand to remove the rock and the angle iron pinched a thumb between the corner of the angle iron and side of the bonnet causing a laceration to the right thumb.

Operator checking on a pump not discharging. Shut power off and removed the fill plug to wash out the mud. Hot slurry blew out and hit wrist, chest, neck and chin. Resulting in 2nd and 1st degree burns. Released to modified duty and given a prescription.

Injured EE and co-worker were cleaning up the plant's scrap metal and loading it into a skid steer. Co-worker pushed the scrap metal towards EE and his gloved right middle finger was smashed between the metal of the scrap and the metal skid steer bucket.

Employee was cleaning a powerscreen for transport when he noticed a piece of steel cable stuck between the screen and head pulley. As the emplyee attempted to free the cable it whipped around and struck him on the hand.
Employee was working on the Classifier Cylinders at the Crusher and he knelt down on a steel sheet which had rocks on it. His knee landed on one of the rocks. He reported incident to his supervisor. Supervisor had employee call company provided 24 hour nurse for advice on injury. He followed instructions. On 7/13/07 the nurse advised employee he should go see a docotor.
