Working on tail pulley conveyor and bumped elbow causing it to swell up.

Driving haul truck when steering went out and braced for crash. The brakes were able to stop haul truck to a safe stop. Bracing for crash caused strain to both arms and right foot.

Employee was cleaning rocks off outrigger pad when the pad came loose. Falling to the Lowboy deck, pinning right pinky finger between the pad and Lowboy deck.

Employee was using a skill saw to cut rubber board. Was at end of cut and blade jammed and kicked back. Employee let go of trigger but blade had not stopped, resulting in cut to right thigh.

Employee was changing screen. Had screen on one end, holding it with left hand, squatted down to pick up other end with right hand. As employee stood up holding screen above head, he felt pain in right bicep.
