Showing all 14The Middle left finger was pinched between half-inch piece of steel and a quarter-inch piece of steel. While putting a new guard together for the HP500 crusher. The injury resulted in needing stitches.
The employee was laying on stomach in the screen deck, pulled the center rail toward themselves and felt a pop in left shoulder. Never reported it until 12/11/2020.
Miner was lifting one end of a 8" x 20' long piece of channel while the other end was on the ground. EE was handing the end to another miner in the man lift as to upright it and install as a conveyor leg. After lift EE felt a strain in EE's lower abdomen.
While working to free a stuck battery box lid, the lid fell on EE's left thumb causing a fracture and laceration.
