It put a cut of about 2 inches on the left side of his head. He did not lose consciousness
EE was exiting the cab of the PC 300 Komatsu Trackhoe, when he struck his head on the door frame as he was standing up.

EE WAS INSTALLING ROLLER BEARING ON CONVEYER WHEN THE BEARING SLIPPED CAUSING HAND TO HIT METAL PART OF CONVEYER.
