EE WAS HANDLING A RETURN ROLLER AND WENT TO HAND THE ROLLER TO ANOTHER EE AND TWISTED HIS BACK.

EMPLOYEE WAS PULLING A TUBE OFF OF THE LIME TRUCK AND AT THE END OF TUBE WAS A HOT STEEL WIRE THAT HIT HIS RIGHT HAND AND BURN A QUARTER SIZE PIECE OF FLESH.
