Operator was mucking mud with excavator (Cat 365) when a hydraulic cylinder next to the cab burst. The window was shattered, and the operator was sprayed with hydraulic oil. Operator went to the hospital where EE was given a return to work without limits. EE chose to take the week off work. No injury, near miss only.
