Whilst carrying out greasing on 980G Loader the right rear wheel fender would not latch. The operator was resting his left hand on the battery box and pushing fender with his right hand. When the latch engaged the operator's middle finger on right hand was jammed and sliced the end of the finger tip.

Cut to little finger on right hand while putting a hydraulic pump back on an engine and it caught his finger between pump and engine. Engine was not running. Pump was not running. Unit was shut down and locked out.
Changing bearing on conv. belt. While taking old bearing off (515/16) bearing slipped & dropped onto EE's finger pinching it between bearing & frame work. Bearing as approx 15 lb.
