AFTER BEING LOADED WITH SAND, DRIVER WAS CLEANING THE TAILGATE WHEN THE TAILGATE FELL CATCHING HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER BETWEEN THE GATE AND THE TRUCK BODY.
