Man got off dozer at break, climbed back up onto track when he felt a sharp pain in lower back. Notified foreman next day stating he was going to get checked out. Came back 11/1/07 with note of pinced nerve in lower back; medicine and MRI scheduled 11/5/07.

Employee struck left knee while loading truck with 55 gallon drums.

Lifting power cable for 7800 dragline, he felt pain in left shoulder and bicep area - torn bicep ligament at elbow.

WHILE CHECKING FOR OVERHEAD CONDUCTORS - THE SPRING LOADED DISCT SWITCH WAS ENGAGED - THIS ELECTRICIAN THEN ACCIDENTALLY HIT STOP BUTTON & THE SWITCH DISENGAGED HITTING MAN IN CHIN.

EE WAS LIFTING 8" STEEL PIPE ELBOW OUT OF BOX OF PU TRUCK WHEN PAIN IN LT BICEP OCCURRED. NO LOST TIME ACCIDENT UNTIL 11/22/03.

EE WAS PERFORMING NORMAL JOB SUFFER SPRAIN/STRAIN WHILE LIFTING PARTS - NO UNSAFE ACTION OR CONDITION TO REPORT.

2 EMPLOYEES WERE CARRYING IN IMPELLAR UP A FLIGHT OF 6 STEPS BY MEANS OF PASSING A BAL THRU IT. THIS EE TWISTED HIS RIGHT ANKLE.

EE STOOD UP & STRUCK HEAD AGAINST BOTTOM OF CONVEYOR.

EE TURNED ON HOSE & IT FLEW OUT OF HIS HANDS & HIT HIM IN FACE CAUSING LACERATION TO MOUTH-27 SUTURES.

WHILE INSTALLING AN ELECTRICAL MOTOR WIRE HARNESS BOXER PLATE, PLATE FELL LANDING ON EMPLOYEE'S FINGER.

EE WAS SERVICING DOZER - WHILE LIFTING/CARRYING OIL CAN & CLIMBING UP DOZER - EE EXPERIENCED PAIN IN LOWER ABDOMEN. DISABILITY BEGAN 5-14-02.

EE TWISTED RT KNEE WHILE OPENING VALVE.

EE WAS LIFTING TOOLS & EQUIP PARTS & EXPERIENCED PAIN IN GROIN. EE DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL 3/2/02 & WORKED THRU 3/1/02.

EE WAS CLOSING VLAVE WHEN IT BOUNCED BACK STRIKING L. FOREARM CAUSING A LACERATION WHICH REQUIRED STITCHES.

EMPLOYEE WAS CHANGING BEARING ON REFUSE LINE CONVEYOR WHEN LOOSE COAL DIRT LANDED IN RIGHT EYE.

EMPLOYEE WAS LIFTING STEEL SAW HORSE INTO TRUCK BOX AND CUT FINGER.
