EE was replacing a link on the miner track the pin came out and the track fell striking the EE on the right leg.
EE reported on 3/29/10 that on 3/20/10 while getting on the dozer he pulled a muscle on his back. EE stated that he did not report the accident at the time because he was going to treat the injury his self. On 3/22/10 he went to Cline Chiropractic for treatment.
Employee was loading crib blocks into the school bus "man trip" when one of the crib blocks slid down the bus steps and struck employee on the knee.
EE RAISED THE ENGINE HOOD, HAND WAS LACERATED BY METAL PART.
loading holes with #50 wet bags, bent over to get a booster, could not get back up, hurt low back and left leg.
Was loading wet bags, went to pick one off the ground & back went out.
Ee was under D11R inspecting roller and idler cap when debris fell into eye.
EE WAS STANDING OUTSIDE OF PICK UP TRUCK. HE REACHED ACROSS SEAT TO RUN UP THE RADIO AND FELT PAIN IN HIS LOWER BACK.
