Showing all 11EE was cutting zip tie off end of "down the hole" measuring tape. Cutting away from themself. When the zip tie was cut the knife became uncontrolled and cut another EE. The cut was in EE's hand. The cut required 6 stitches.
Employee was using a utility knife to cut skirtboard rubber and the knife slipped and cut employee's left thigh.
