EE was struck by 5 lb hammer head while removing coupler from pump shaft. Alternating striking coupler & other EE's hammer head came off the handle striking injured EE in pelvic region. Injured EE didn't seek medical attention on day of injury. Sought treatment on 7/27/20 & was referred to a specialist. Contusion to the pelvic region above the private area was the diagnosis.

Showing all 3EE was getting anchor cable for dredge out of the silted sand. EE was guiding the cable on the side of the work boat in the proper cable guides. Cable became wedged and EE used pry bar to get cable out of guide. The river current moved the boat and cable came out and EE's hand was pinned against handrail with the pry bar and cable.
Employee was prying on rock in oversize chute with a bar and strained his chest muscle.
