Prying on a rim when the whole rim let loose. Pushed off on the largest piece falling at me with my roof bar. Twisted to the left, fell over a piece of fly rock behind me. Twisted my back. The roof bar was wrenched from my right hand, caught my thumb and twisted my wrist.

EE AS A TRACKMAN ON RAILROAD TRACK WAS INSTALLING A BOLT IN JOINT WHERE RAILS ARE HELD TOGETHER AND IT WAS A TIGHT FIT. HE STRUCK BOLT WITH A HAMNMER CAUSING IT TO FLY BACK STRIKCING TOP OF RI GHT FOOT. THIS LEFT ONLY A RED MARK LOOKED AT BYFOREMAN EE WHO TOLD HIM TO HAVE IT CHECKED IF NECESSARY.

LIFTING TRANSMISSION INTO MOUNTING POSITION, TRANSMISSION HUNG ON FRAM4E CAUSING CVABLE TO OVERLOAD AND BREAK. TRANSMISSION FELL APPROX. ONE FOOT TO GROUND. CAUSING A BLOW TO THE FOUR DIGITS O F THE OPERATORS RIGHT HAND BETWEEN FRAME AND TRANSMISSION. CAUSING MULTIPLE FRACTURES TO METACARPALS OF HAND.
