HE REACHED DOWN TO PICK UP SCREWDRIVER FROM CELL FLOOR, AT THE SAME TIME THE BAR ABOVE HIM DISLODGED FROM ITS POSITION & FELL TO THE FLOOR STRIKING HIS RIGHT INDEX FINGER AND CAUSING A LACERATION.
