INDIVIDUAL WAS WORKING OUT OF A BASKET ON A BOOM TRUCK. THE BOOM WAS BEING LOWERED TO THE GROUND AND TELESCOPED IN. INDIVIDUAL HAD HIS LEFT HAND LYING ON THE EDGE OF THE JIB WHERE THE BOOM PIN S TOGETHER. AS THE BOOM PINNED TOGETHER IT AMPUTATED THE INDIVIDUALS RING AND INDEX FINGER ON THE LEFT HAND.
