EE texted Plant supervisor that the excavator operator was dropping large rocks too hard in EE's haul truck. EE did not report and injury at that time but after EE's shift EE called HR and said EE's back hurt. EE to Texas med clinic and the ER and was diagnosed with possible muscle and vertebrae injuries.

Showing all 3On Friday, November 19, 2021 sometime between 8-10am EE was welding and grinding at the quarry plant. EE was grinding a spot for my ground for the welder. EE welded 2 bolts to put up a piece of rubber. EE felt like there was something in EE's left eye, but was not able to see anything. Saturday morning, EE woke up with a blood shot and swollen left eye.
One employee was operating the excavator. Second employee's truck was stuck and employee one used the excavator to push truck out. Employee two alleges that it popped their neck.
