Employee was attempting to grind bosses on a hydraulic control valve. He was standing under the machine, reaching through hoses and looking up at the area where he was grinding. Piece of metal dust flew into his eye.

EE was operating dozer on 7/28/05 when dozer hit large 5.5. rock stopping the dozer suddenly jarring ee. He felt pain in his back at that time but continued to work during varying levels of pain until 8-17-05. He was helping mechanic work on dozer, reached something to mechanic and felt severe pain in back went for medical help.

EE was welding on the end cap of a dozer push arm. He thought he had flashed his eyes, but it continued to get worse. He went to the doctor on Jan 7, 05, The Dr cleaned his eye and told him to stay off work on the 7th and he could return to work on the 8th of Jan. EE missed one day.
