EE was operating bulldozer in front of the 1900 excavator trying to dislodge a large rock. The dozer spun around to the left and shot the rock away under him and he came down with the rock landing on the left side of the dozer.
Starting weed eater while pulling on pull start his left hand slipped off hitting tool shed wall.
While operating air impact wrench, the wrench slipped from his grip and cut left hand.

Employee was cutting bolts out and the nut for high pressure on the torch came out causing oxygen to get into the glove and ignite.
*REPORTED 10/17/05* THE EMPLOYEE WORKED FROM 10/4/05 THRU 10/17/05 WITHOUT REPORTING THE INJURY TO THE FOREMAN. DOZER MAN BACKED INTO TRENCH & WAS TOSSED BACKWARD INTO HIS SEAT.
