Employee was removing steel hydraulic tubes when the injury occurred. He was using a 1/2"" hydraulic air gun. He was lifting and twisted the tubes over his head to clear from the work area. He strained his lower back and had to seek treatment. He missed the following day and returned to work on December 5, 2013.

Employee was shoveling large rock up spoil pile and when he backed off rock became hung under blade, jerking machine.
Employee s were installing track pads on new rails. His need to rotate tracks. Other ee manted exc. to rotate track and the leg on his coveralls booked swing control. When other ee startd machine and raised bucket machine swung to the right and pinned EE between bucket and tracks. EE suffered no broken bones. He only suffered a bruise to his left thigh.

Employee was installing belly pans on D11R & twisted his leg/knee. He worked from 8/9/06 till his doctor on 8/22/06 advised him to take a week off & rest his knee.
EE was operating truck #107, hualing coal from pit to stockpile area. EE stopped his truck on hualroad to urinate, as he was standing he lost his balance and fell to the ground.
Employee was cutting bolts out and the nut for high pressure on the torch came out causing oxygen to get into the glove and ignite.

EE WAS OPERATING HYDRO SEEDER. HE STATED THAT HE WAS CLIMBING GRADE WHEN MACHINE POWERED OUT. EE PLACED THE MACHINE IN NEUTRAL AND IT STARTED ROLLING BACKWARDS. EE PANICKED AND JUMPED OUT. THE MACHINE ROLLED APPROX. 40 FT. AND STOPPED. EE HAS A SLIGHT HAIRLINE FRACTURE OF HIS TIBIA.
EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL ROCK KNOCKER ON REAR TIRES AND WAS LIFTING THE ROCK KNOCKER TO PIN IT AND IT SLIPPED.
