While running Hydraulic stone splitter, when blade of hydraulic stone splitter was engaged (depressed) the stone sprung back and smashed left pinky finger on left hand and smashed nail, resulting in removal of finger nail with 5 stitches.

HE DID NOT SHOW FOR WORK ON FRIDAY & WORKED A FULL DAY OF MONDAY BUT FINALLY WENT TO DR ON TUESDAY TO FIND THAT HE HAD A WELDING FLASH.
EE WAS OPERATING AN IMPACT DRIVE WHEN IT SLIPPED OFF BOLT & CONTACTED THE PALM OF THE LEFT HAND. EE RECEIVED 5 STITCHES.
EE WAS REMOVING RADIATOR FROM TRUCK. CHAIN CAME LOOSE FROM HOIST & THE METAL GRILL HIT HIM ON TOP OF HEAD MAKING 2 CUTS REQUIRING STITCHES.
