Showing all 3EE was working on our rock chopper. He was removing a rock from the rollers. When the operator rolled the rollers ee glove got caught in the rollers and pulled his hand down into the rollers.
Employee had gone to see a doctor over the weekend claiming an accident where his left index finger was caught between rocks while working on the chopper. His supervisor had not been informed of an accident. Doctor visit showed fracture to left index finger.
