Pushing on a shot and backed over a big rock. Jarred the victim. Had pain running from right hip to right ankle. Was x-rayed and released.
Pushing shot to loader and backed over a big rock. Dozer went backward over rock then forward throwing employee forward. Pulled muscle in stomach area.
Operator was backing up the dozer when he hit a rock with one track. Said his neck was stiff and went to hospital the next day. Said he had a pulled muscle.
Victim was assisting with the install of the final drive in D-10 dozer. They were using alignment bars and hoist on boom truck. The weight shifted it caught his hand between drive and undercarriage. Transported to Highland Regional ARH then to UK Medical Ctr. Two fractures and laceration. Treated with cast and stitches & released. Still off work to date.
Victim was pushing shot rock with a 475 Komatsu dozer. He backed over a rock and his right hip started hurting. Bruised right hip. He went to_Pikeville Medical Center ER on Feb. 22nd. Employee returned to work on February 24, 2011
