While tightening lug nuts on a 992 loader the employee was using a 1 inch impact and EE noticed that the ring holding the safety pin on the extension was coming out and by the time EE could react the pin had come out and caught EE's wrist, causing the cut. A fellow employee helped administer first aid to stop the bleeding and bandaged it up.

Employee was using a hand-held drill to insert a screw into an electrical box he was holding. The box flipped causing the drill to slip resulting in the screw bit puncturing the soft tissue fingertip, ring finger, left hand.
