On 5/24/2019 at approximately 3:45pm. EE was power washing rubber tire loader when EE over extended the wand causing it pull back causing the wand to travel across EE's boot cutting boot and causing 2nd degree burn to right foot.

Showing all 3Miner was attempting to cut the bearing out of a pulley assembly on C12 while plant was down for a complete conveyor overhaul when his right forearm came into contact with the acetylene torch he was utilizing. Miner suffered second degree burn. Foreman administered first aid. Miner was taken to urgent care facility for treatment.
EE was reaching from the exit belt side of the rock splitter machine underneath of the veneer gauge to remove a stone and mentions that his right pinkie finger was smashed between a rock being processed by the machine and the veneer gauge. *NOTE* He was wearing his leather gloves at the time of the incident.
