EE was holding temporary metal plate while another EE was using a 4 inch grinder with cutoff wheel to remove tack welds. The grinder kicked out and cut injured EE's finger (right pinky).

IE was removing a tension bolt on a screen to change screen. Utilizing an impact wrench to remove the bolt ee was guiding the washer/bolt with left hand. EE activated the impact wrench and ee fingers were caught/pinched/grabbed and caused ee to lose skin/tissue on palm side of middle finger.

Employee was tightening a nut with an impact wrench using a wobble socket. The socket failed and a piece of it cut the employees thumb and palm on his left hand.

EMPLOYEE WAS DRILLING HOLES IN ROCK WALL. AS HE WAS SHAKING THE STEEL TO LOOSEN THE LOWER COUPLING THE UPPER COUPLING SHOOK LOOSE AND FELL ABOUT 8 FT ONTO HIS HAR HAT. WE HAD HIM TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL WHERE HE WAS EXAMINED AND RELEASED SEVERAL HOURS LATER. HE DOES STILL HAVE A HEADACHE SO TOTAL INJURY IS NOT YET KNOWN.
