MINER ATTEMPTING TO DISLODGE ROCK STUCK IN DOZER BLADE USING CRANE FROM BOOM TRUCK. TOO MUCH STRESS ON ROCK CAUSING IT TO FRACTURE. PIECES OF ROCK FLEW OUT HITTING MINER ON FOREHEAD. MINER WAS NOT WEARING HARD HAT.
