While tramming dozer along haul road, employee drove over shot rock on the haul road causing the front end of the dozer to slam against the ground which cause the air ride seat suspension to bottom out.

While operating dozer, building a roadway, the operator went over large rocks & bounced violently in the cab of dozer causing a neck sprain. EE worked thru 3/12/04 & his first day of lost time was 3/15/04.

EMPLOYEE WAS HEATING PIN IN DOZER TO REMOVE IT WHEN OIL RING EXPLODED AND SENT DIRT INTO BOTH EYES.
HURT HIS BACK WHILE RUNNING DOZER.
