STABILIZERS WERE NOT FULLY EXTENDED. WHEN BOOM WAS RAISED, THE CRANE TURNED ON IT'S SIDE. EE STATED HE WAS NOT HURT. ON 11-15-99, HE SAID HIS LEFT KNEE WAS BRUISED. ON 11-22-99, HE SAIS HIS BA CK WAS HURTING AND HE WAS GOING TO THE DOCTOR.

EMPLOYEE STATES THAT HE WAS REPLACING RADIATOR ON EXCAVATOR. THE TRIGGER THAT LOWERS THE WINCH MALFUNCTIONED CAUSING IT TO LOWER TO QUICKLY. HE TRIED TO GRAB THE RADIATOR AND HURT HIS LOWER BA CK. SUPERVISION WAS NOTIFIED ON 10/20/99.
