Employee was hitting on a track pin when a piece of metal hit him under the chin. Medical treatment was provided to remove the metal.

Struck against a moving object

Two men were tied off in the basket of a manlift approx. 15' in the air. They went to swing the basket in closer to the concrete forms on the stacking tube. The basket moved quickly causing injured to hit his lower back against the rail of the basket.
