A new hire was helping load scraped iron, was told to stay back from swing area, he got in swing area and some iron fell from bucket and landed on top part of left foot, foot has 4 broken bones, he was not wearing steel toes boots as safety training required

AFTER SHOOTING A SHOT, EE & CO-WORKER WERE TAKING DOWN SCREENS OFF FUEL TANK. A SCREEN GRABBED EE'S LEATHER GLOVE AND PULLED HIM OFF FUEL TANK.THIS CAUSED HIM TO FALL TO THE GROUND INJURING HIS RIGHT SHOULDER.
