An employee had positioned a box onto the Lab Loading dock and felt right knee pop with pain when turning away. The site doctor prescribed first aid treatments and ordered an MRI diagnostic test with orthopedic review. A follow-up medical exam was performed on July 22 where the site doctor ordered days away from work until MRI performed and cleared by orthopedic doctor.

Showing all 6Incident occurred with an employee operating machinery in the mine. He felt ill, got off the machine. The foreman immediately began questioning the opr and discovered he had forgotten to take his meds. Paramedics were called and found blood pressure high. They recommended air flight which transported to hospital. He was treated and released after controlling the personal concern.
Employee was complaining of chest pain.
Worker complains of low back pain and leg pain. Also complaining of leg numbness. No incident has occurred, but worker has 2004 work injury and back surgery.
Empl has history of hypertenstion. Med?s not controlling. Empl had headache early am, began getting dizzy with a tight feeling in chest. Left area where he was cleaning chutes & went to control room reporting this to another empl. Initial treatment was for heart attack, which was ruled out by normal EKG. Underwent further testing for what has been deemed as a personal condition.
While working on a pump at the Pilot Plant, his right leg started hurting. He pulled his pants leg up and noticed a small hole in his leg and a knot under it. No biting sensation was felt before that.
