Showing all 7Employee was a passenger in a moving work truck, in the backseat and was reaching down to pick up a set of keys when employee overextended arm and felt a sharp pain in left shoulder.
Employee injured his left leg calf while walking up an inclined catwalk adjacent to the dry sand belt at the Rock Plant. As he was walking, he felt a "pop" in his left leg. He reported pain 10 minutes later and was taken to Simi Health Center Urgent Care and received first aid treatment.
A 65-year old man was found dead in his automobile in a remote area of the mine site. It appears the deceased had strayed onto the mine site after he left his job on an adjacent property.
Employee was walking up the stairs at the Specialty Plant. He felt his knee pop. Employee did not report this until April 9, 2007.
Continuing back pain.
