EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING LADDER ON LOADER TO GET IN THE LOADER, LOST HIS BALANCE & HIT HIS KNEE ON RUNG OF LADDER. HE RETURNED TO WORK OF 7/13/93. ON 10/1/93 HIS KNEE GAVE OUT AS HE WALKED ACROSS THE ROOM & HE IS AGAIN UNDER DOCTOR'S CARE AS A CONTINUATION OF THE ORIGINAL INJURY OF 7/7/93.
