WAS MOVING STONES AND ANOTHER EE DROPPED A STONE. WHILE EE TRIED TO GET HIS FOOT OUT OF THE WAY HE PULLED HIS HAMSTRING.
EE WAS PUTTING HIS SIDEBOARDS ON THE TRAILER & THE WIND GOT AT THE SIDEBOARD & TWISTED HIS LT. WRIST.
THERE WAS A DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN TWO EMPLOYEE'S ABOUT WHERE A PALLET SHOULD BE PLACED. INJURED KEPT THE PALLET WHERE HE ALWAYS DID AND THE OTHER EMPLOYEE CAME OVER AND HEAD BUTTED HIM. HE KNO CKED OVER INJURED INTO THE MACHINE HE WAS WORKING ON. INJURED FRACTURED 3 RIBS. I DID NOT SEND THIS RIGHT AWAY BECAUSE WE WEREN'T SURE IF IT WAS W/C OR NOT.
